CS4 Official Plugins
Some of the old features where taken out of CS4 to make room for improvements. But - not all improvements were implemented, so, for some a hole in their development process.
I found this when I tried to use the Extract Filter to cut out a picture; so onto Google I did go. Eventually I found the Adobe files needed for the plug-ins.
